Most founders have some version of a strategy.

A document, a vision, a set of goals they revisit every quarter. What they don't have is someone who takes ownership of turning that strategy into a functioning, connected business.

The gap between knowing what needs to change and actually changing it is where most growth stalls.

But things still aren't flowing.

Systems don't get rebuilt because nobody has time. Marketing and operations pull in different directions because nobody owns the alignment. Technology gets bolted on rather than integrated because there's no architectural thinking behind it.

Blueprint closes that gap.

We work alongside you, your team and your external partners — as the product management layer that connects every function and drives execution against a single, coherent roadmap.

Embedded product management. Across every function that matters.

Blueprint is a hands-on partnership. We don't advise from a distance — we get into the business, work alongside your people and stay involved until the structure is built and holding.

Where we start

Every Blueprint engagement begins with the Compass audit and strategy — either completed as part of this engagement or carried over if you've already done Compass. We don't begin execution without a clear, agreed roadmap. That's non-negotiable.

What we do from there

With the roadmap in place, we move into execution across the functions your business needs most. That might mean rebuilding your operational workflows, integrating your technology stack, aligning your sales and marketing to your product strategy, or redesigning how your supply chain and fulfilment work together.

We work directly with your internal team

We get them aligned, upskilling where needed and making sure the new systems and processes they're handed are ones they can actually run. We also coordinate with your external partners and suppliers — bringing them into the roadmap so everything moves together rather than in parallel silos.

The scope of a Blueprint engagement is defined by what your roadmap reveals. Every business is different. Every engagement is scoped accordingly.

What's included in Blueprint.

Everything in Compass

The full audit, strategy, goals framework and business roadmap — either completed as part of this engagement or carried over if you've already done Compass.

Operating model design and implementation

We map how your business should function at the next stage of growth and rebuild the processes, workflows and team structures to match — replacing patchwork with something that actually scales.

Technology systems audit and integration

We assess your current tech stack, identify what's missing or broken, and integrate your platforms so information flows cleanly across your business — no more manual workarounds or disconnected tools.

Sales and marketing strategy and execution framework

We align your sales and marketing activity to your product strategy and revenue targets — building the campaigns, channels and tracking systems that drive consistent, measurable growth.

Product development and operational workflow design

We design or redesign the end-to-end workflows behind your product — from development and sourcing through to fulfilment and customer delivery — so operations scale with demand rather than breaking under it.

Team and supplier alignment

We work directly with your internal team and external partners to make sure everyone is operating from the same roadmap — clear on priorities, accountable for outcomes and equipped to execute.

Monthly strategic review and roadmap iteration

Growth surfaces new information. We meet regularly to review progress, adjust priorities and keep the roadmap current — so the plan stays relevant as the business evolves.

Ongoing access to Felicity for decision support

Between sessions, you have direct access to Felicity for the questions, decisions and moments of uncertainty that can't wait for the next scheduled call.

Written documentation of all systems and processes

Everything we build is documented clearly — so your team can run it, new people can be onboarded into it and the business doesn't depend on anyone holding it in their head.

  • Your business is growing but the seams are showing

Revenue is coming in but operations, technology and team are struggling to keep pace. Things are getting done — but with too much friction, too many workarounds and too much reliance on you to hold it together.

  • Your functions aren't talking to each other

Marketing is doing marketing. Operations is doing operations. Tech is doing tech. But nobody is connecting the dots or making sure they're all pulling toward the same goal. You need someone in the centre of it all.

  • You have a team but no real operating model

You've hired people but the structure around them isn't clear. Roles overlap, priorities shift and execution is inconsistent. You need a product manager who can build the model your team can actually operate inside.

  • You're about to make a significant investment

A new product launch, a technology build, a new channel or market. Before you commit budget and momentum, you want the strategy locked, the team aligned and the systems ready — so the investment lands properly.

Here's how a Blueprint engagement runs.

Step 1 — Discovery call
A free 15-minute conversation to understand your situation and confirm Blueprint is the right level of engagement.

Step 2 — Compass (audit + strategy)
Every Blueprint begins here. We complete the full business audit, define your goals and KPIs, and build the product strategy and roadmap that governs everything that follows.

Step 3 — Scoping and engagement design
Based on the roadmap, we define the specific scope of the Blueprint engagement — which functions we're working across, how we'll work with your team and partners, and what the milestones and success metrics look like.

Step 4 — Execution and iteration
We get into the business. Working alongside your team and external partners, we implement the roadmap — building, integrating, aligning and iterating as the business evolves.

Duration: Blueprint engagements are scoped individually. Some clients need three months of focused execution. Others need an ongoing partnership as their business continues to grow. We design the engagement around what your roadmap actually requires — not a fixed package.

Blueprint sits between Compass and Architect — but it's not a stepping stone.

For many product businesses, Blueprint is exactly the right level of engagement — deep enough to drive real change, focused enough to deliver it without overwhelming the business.

Some Blueprint clients stay at this level long term, using the monthly strategic reviews and ongoing access to Felicity as their product management function. Others reach a point where the ambition outgrows the scope — and move into Architect when they're ready for full-stack, end-to-end product leadership.

  • Stay in Blueprint

Continue the partnership on an ongoing basis — with regular strategic reviews, roadmap iteration and direct access to Felicity as your business grows and evolves.

  • Move to Architect

When you're ready for full-stack product management across every function — including complex technology delivery, global expansion and fractional CPO leadership — Architect is the natural next step.
