At The SheEO Agency, we are committed to delivering exceptional consulting services and ensuring a positive experience for all our clients. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds and returns under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the terms of our services.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all consulting services provided by The SheEO Agency, including coaching sessions, workshops, programs, and digital resources.
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under ACL, you are entitled to a refund or remedy if the service provided:
- Is not delivered with due care and skill.
- Does not achieve the intended purpose you specified before purchase.
- Is not provided within a reasonable time, where no specific time was agreed upon.
Please note: ACL does not provide refunds for change of mind or if you fail to provide adequate notice for cancellations.
3. Our Commitment to Service Quality
We take pride in the quality of our consulting services. If you have concerns about the service provided, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Services were not delivered as agreed.
- A proven failure of service under ACL guidelines.
- The client cancels a prepaid service within the specified cooling-off period (where applicable).
Non-Refundable Services:
- Completed coaching sessions or workshops.
- Digital resources once accessed or downloaded.
- Cancellations made outside the agreed timeframe for workshops or programs.
5. Cancellation Policy

For One-on-One Sessions:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited. -
For Programs and Workshops:
- If canceled within 7 days of the program start date, a partial refund (minus administrative fees) may be issued.
- No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced.
6. How to Request a Refund or Remedy
To request a refund or remedy:
- Email us at felicity@thesheeo.com with your name, service details, and reason for the request.
- Allow up to 7 business days for us to review your request and respond.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates.
