6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

- Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Sessions missed without notice will be forfeited.

- Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may receive a partial refund, less administrative fees.
- No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and content provided by The SheEO Agency remain our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal or business purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our intellectual property without explicit written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The SheEO Agency is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Results that do not meet expectations due to factors beyond our control, including client engagement.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
